According to an interview in the Houston Chronicle, Rachael was a bit shocked to see her casual measurements of "palmful" and "once around the pan" transformed to scientific specifics:

"It was extremely hard watching them make my food because they measure everything out exactly. I've never seen my food measured, and it was a little like watching your child get slapped around. Otherwise, it's pretty cool," she said.
